The average American has less than four and-a-half hours of free time in a week.
Forty-percent of people surveyed say they have even less free time than that. The survey by tax preparation firm H&R Block found that with so little free time, the average person has more than a dozen items on the to-do list that don't get done.
Not only that, but 40-percent of people surveyed say they have even less free time than the average. The culprit is not only the basic to-do list, but running errands, paying bills, and more. The survey found 60-percent of Americans say they put off basic tasks like cleaning, going to the bank, or filing their taxes because they don't have the time.
If you feel like keeping it all together is a struggle, welcome to the club@ 59-percent say they feel the same way.
